Because we BOTH know how tedious and time-sensitive everything can be about process serving, I want to make my work as efficient as possible. With Del Toro Serve, you can expect:

• Timely serves. Service attempts and filings are done timely, in accordance with NY State law.

• Reasonable fees. Here, you won’t pay more for less. As an individual server I am able to charge a reasonable per serve. This will save you money compared to paying rates set by paralegals or national process serving companies.

• A Personal Relationship. All serves are made by myself. Enjoy open communication over email and the phone.

• Proof. Service attempts are GPS mapped and verified by a Third-Party GPS company.
